Is the Free plan actually free?
Yes. Free accounts include 50 credits so you can see full quality, no credit card. Good for evaluating Orpheus or occasional dictation.
Pro or Studio, how do I pick?
Pro ($9/month) fits solo dictation and short recordings. Studio ($19/month) adds speaker diarization, AI Chat, Action Items extraction, full API access, and 3.3× the Pro quota. Pick Studio if you record meetings, podcasts, or need the API.
What's the API pay-as-you-go rate?
Studio and Team include API access with in-plan usage. Overage: raw $0.006/minute, with AI Polish $0.010/minute, with speaker diarization $0.015/minute. Half the price of OpenAI Whisper, structured output included by default.
What payment methods? Can I get an invoice?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major cards via Stripe. Annual plans can be invoiced with VAT, email [email protected] to request one.
Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the console anytime. You keep paid features through the current billing cycle, then drop back to Free automatically.
What happens if I go over quota?
Free pauses transcription for the month and resets next month. Paid plans auto-bill at the PAYG rates above, and you can set a hard cap in the console to prevent surprises.
